Location projects

The Location Offset is a 16.5% rebate on Qualifying Australian Production Expenditure (QAPE).

To be eligible, film and television productions must have a total Qualifying Australian Production Expenditure (QAPE) of at least A$15 million.
To be eligible, television series must spend an average of A$1 million per hour of finished production.

The Location Offset may not be combined with either the PDV Offset (Post, Digital and Visual effects production) or Producer Offset.
